The burgh of Silkreach lies nestled against the foothills of the Dangrr Mountains, a modest settlement that thrives on trade and its reputation for hospitality. Known for its thriving silk and spice markets, the town sees merchants from the valleys and mountain villages convening to haggle over goods and strike favorable bargains.

Silkreach boasts silos to store grain and spices in preparation for harsh winters and raids. The town’s flag bearer brigade, stationed at the market square, serves as a symbol of its resilience and unity under the king’s banner. The burgh trades produce and livestock with a number of small mountain villages and is a lifeline for their continued existence high in the mountains.

Not all is peaceful, however. The presence of a conclave of witchs' huts deep in the woods near the mountains has locals murmuring of strange happenings, particularly as curses and whispers of malady occasionally disrupt trade. Yet, the merchants and silk artisans keep the town’s spirit vibrant, their spice-laden stalls fragrant with opportunity and camaraderie.
