DOMINION CAMPAIGN

Notrestow is a decadent town located in the fertile foothills of the Hightower Mountains. Its ironworks churn day and night, processing the rich ores brought down from the mines, while the sprawling mills convert the abundant harvests of the farmlands into fine flour and other provisions. Nobles, barons, and even dukes own much of the farmland and estates, ruling over the hardworking peasantry.

The aristocracy hosts opulent masquerade balls every week in grand manors, where secrets are exchanged behind painted masks and indulgence is the order of the day. The Harem House—a luxurious establishment known for its lavish pleasures, is a favorite haunt of the elite, further cementing Notrestow’s reputation as a town of excess. Beneath the grandeur, however, a simmering unrest grows among the peasants who toil endlessly to support the aristocrats' extravagance.
