Undaga stands at the crossroads of trade routes, a city clinging to the remnants of its former prosperity. Bustling market squares brimming with life are contrasted starkly by districts that have crumbled into ruin, overtaken by plague-spawned decay. The civilised areas of the city thrive with merchants hawking fine wines from surrounding vineyards, gleaming weaponry forged in the royal armory, and the merry sounds of wandering minstrels weaving tales of Favindel the Hero. His legend - said to have banished the plague with arcane might - echoes through the streets, drawing bards and aspiring mages eager to unearth the truth.

Yet shadows gather in the abandoned quarters, where the once-proud estates now lie desolate, a haven for rats and sinister cultists who call themselves the "Devotees of the Bloody Spirit." Their dark rituals keep city officials wary of venturing too close. The king has promised guards and sentinels but they are still many leagues away and dealing with other issues on the way.

This city is a story in itself—half hope, half ruin, and entirely captivating.
