Chellfields is a frontier village perched at the edge of civilization, where the Realm meets the perilous orclands of Anamarr. Its streets are alive with the clatter of adventurers preparing for perilous journeys into the wilderness. The village serves as both a gateway and a haven for those brave, or foolhardy, enough to seek their fortune amidst the ruins and caves that dot the region.

The town square boasts a nearly permanent carnival with the odd travelling fair adding additional flair and color. The successful return of adventurers is celebrated especially if they have been lucky and have brought back relics and trophies from their daring exploits. A notable feature of the village is its menagerie, housing exotic beasts captured in the wilds of Anamarr, drawing curious onlookers and traders alike. The burghfolk, a mix of hardy farmers and resourceful merchants, sustain both the adventurers and themselves with goods and provisions crafted in local shops and grown in the many fields surrounding them.

Yet, the burgh is no stranger to sorrow. Some adventurers do not return, their loss a grim reminder of the dangers that lie beyond. Most come back battered and broken in body and spirit.

Guarding the village and aiding adventurers is a small contingent of skilled rangers, trained to navigate the wilds and protect the village from orc raiding parties. The community thrives on its precarious position, straddling the line between risk and reward.
