DOMINION CAMPAIGN

Once a lively port village, Dumfrenn now stands as a shadow of its former self. Decimated by a devastating plague, the docks and warehouses that once saw constant activity now lie mostly abandoned, with few ships daring to stop. The village is home to the hardened few who survived the tragedy, scraping by on fish from the surrounding waters and foraging in the nearby forests.

The old armory, a remnant from Dumfrenn's days as a military outpost, still stands but is now a meeting place for the local band of misfits. This group, made up of desperate survivors and opportunists, scavenges the ruins for anything of value. The dilapidated poor houses now serve as a grim reminder of better days, while the vagrants roam its crumbling streets, seeking shelter wherever they can.

A lone lighthouse still shines its beacon at night, though it's mostly ignored, as no vessels brave the plague-haunted waters anymore. Dumfrenn's decline has turned it into a bleak outpost, but its people persist, bound by the stubborn hope that one day life will return to their village.
