Rebro is a vibrant and chaotic town nestled in the heart of the Greenvalley Plains. Known for its carnival atmosphere and constant revelry, it is a place where joy and mirth mix with trade and commerce. The town is governed by Mayor Albrenn and his council of influential merchants, whose coffers swell during the bustling fair seasons.

The heart of Rebro lies in its grand fairgrounds, where performers, jesters, and merchants gather from across the realm. Amidst the colorful tents and swirling laughter, one might encounter anything from a puppet show to a stall peddling the famed "Horn of Plenty" treasures. By night, the carnival turns a little darker, with shadowy figures and dubious merchants weaving through the jubilant crowds.

The town's Infirmary, however, is its most remarkable institution. People from nearby villages travel great distances to Rebro seeking the expertise of both barber surgeons and mystic healers. While some ailments are treated with herbs and blades, others are said to be healed through spiritual cleansing by enigmatic soothsayers who claim to banish misfortune with ancient rituals.
