Once a haven for pirates, the city underwent a dramatic transformation two decades ago when it was seized and cleared by royal decree. Since then, Coinport has blossomed into a center for trade and wealth, where merchant ships from distant lands dock to exchange goods and treasure. The city boasts wide harbors and sturdy docks, alongside an impressive skyline marked by the grand Treasury Hall and the regional Mint.

While Coinport's streets are generally reputable, the city is not without its share of charlatans seeking to exploit the unwary amidst the bustling markets. A fleet of Corsairs patrols the waters, ostensibly protecting the city from potential pirate incursions. However, with no pirate raids for years, whispers abound that these privateers spend more time scouring the coastlines for hidden hoards of pirate gold than safeguarding Coinport’s interests.
