Quenn is a small, energetic burgh built along a key river that winds through the forested foothills of the Lost City of Antret. Known for its strategic location as a waypoint for adventurers, traders, and treasure seekers, it thrives off its proximity to the ruins of Antret - a place of mystery, legend, and danger.

Quenn’s docks are active daily, with sailors, smugglers, and salvagers coming and going, many in search of rumors about treasures hidden in Antret or the surrounding wilderness. Traders from the caravan routes bring exotic goods, guarded by vigilant caravan guards wary of bridge trolls lurking in the forested passes. The marketplace is lively, with messengers darting between stalls and merchants offering everything from baubles to supplies needed for expeditions into the Lost City.

Despite its modest size, Quenn boasts a thriving adventurers culture where hirelings gather around campfires, sharing tales of perilous quests and the riches said to lie in Antret. The town is also home to a small community of salvagers who scour the old Antret port for ancient relics, though most of what they find ends up as mathoms - objects too strange or dangerous to sell.

The shadow of Antret looms large, not just physically but in the town’s culture and economy. Expeditions regularly depart, whether sanctioned quests or secretive ventures by rogue adventurers seeking glory. The King's messengers occasionally arrive to remind the townsfolk of Antret's dangers, but Quenn persists as a hub for those daring enough to seek fortune amid the ruins.
