Uhai is a city where the clash of tradition and rapid progress creates a vibrant but sometime tense atmosphere. Located along the banks of a broad, calm river, the city is divided into districts that reflect its dual identity. On one side stands the revered Imperial University, its towering spires exuding magical energy and housing some of the brightest minds in the Emperor’s realm. The university is surrounded by the Emperor’s sprawling vineyards, protected by a retinue of samurai, their gleaming armor a constant reminder of Uhai’s importance to the throne.

Across the river, the rustic quarters buzz with life. The fishmongers dominate the bustling marketplace, hawking fresh catches and crafting exotic sushi dishes that draw traders and gourmets from distant lands. The scent of grilled fish mingles with the perfume of fermenting wine, creating a unique atmosphere that is unmistakably Uhai.

Rapid growth has overtaken the city, driven by tireless golems hauling materials, expanding buildings, and fortifying its defenses. The city's progress is palpable, with root cellars brimming with produce and rustic villages on the outskirts feeding its ever-growing population. Despite the speed of its development, Uhai retains a sense of balance, rooted in its traditions, even as it marches toward the future.
