The Imperial Envoy's House looms above the town, a striking red structure with elegant gates, where emissaries conduct trade agreements and oversee shipments. The nearby Sosuki Shrine is a place of serene worship, where travelers and merchants alike seek blessings for safe voyages.

However, not all is peaceful. Snake Witches haunt the region’s waters, cursing vessels that fail to pay respect to the spirits of the sea, while rumors of pirates taking refuge in the archipelago keep locals wary. Shigamura is thriving, bolstered by its connection to the emperor's trade network and its reputation as a haven for merchants seeking riches.
