Monsler, an ancient and prestigious alchemical university city, lies sprawled along the length of a picturesque valley. Its skyline is dominated by the University of Monsler, known for producing some of the realm's most brilliant alchemists and scholars. The city's pride is its colonnades, a series of stunning architectural marvels that showcase intricate stonework and mathematical precision, drawing visitors from all corners of the realm. The Museum of Magic, another highlight, houses rare artifacts, potions, and scrolls from across the world, including many relics from the early days of magic.

Princess Mayalene, the king’s eldest daughter, currently resides in Monsler as a student of alchemy. Her presence has brought an influx of nobles and merchants, eager to gain favor or trade with the princess’s entourage. Refugees fleeing plague-stricken towns have swarmed to the valley, setting up encampments in the outskirts. These makeshift settlements have caused tension between the old population and the newcomers, who are accused of stripping the land bare in their desperation. Farmers Markets have thrived amidst the chaos, as both locals and refugees barter goods in the open-air stalls, but the divide between the two communities remains stark.

The Crown's protection and royal attention have ensured the city remains peaceful for now. The Enchantresses of the university often intervene to keep tempers cool, but Monsler teeters on a delicate edge between harmony and discord.
